We are an independent oil and natural gas company, focused on the acquisition, development and production of unconventional oil, NGLs and natural gas properties in the Eagle Ford Shale in Texas, where we have accumulated approximately 41,274 gross (34,170 net) acres in what we believe to be the formation’s crude oil and condensate windows as of December 31, 2016. Our current operational activities and consolidated revenues are generated from markets exclusively in the United States, and, as of December 31, 2016, we had no long lived assets located outside the United States.
