Company Relationships Supply-chain and commercial relationship graph across 12 dimensions: competitor, customer (clients it sells to), supplier (vendors it buys from), partner, investment, jv, licensing, distribution, card_network, payment_network, card_processor, tech_vendor. Each edge names provenance (REPORTED / GENERAL_KNOWLEDGE / INFERRED); ?tier returns ALL by default and narrows to reported (own announcements), news, established_relationships or general_knowledge. Supplier edges carry roles (?role=, 11).
Relationship Evidence Provenance behind each relationship, for full auditability. Each evidence record names its source category: company_announcements (the company's own filings and releases), news (published articles and wire items), established_relationships (the curated long-standing graph) or general_knowledge (commonly known, not traced to a single document), with excerpts, years and the source reference. Audit any supply-chain claim: the filing or news behind each supplier, customer or partner link.
Relationship Economic Value Economic-value observations for one relationship, each with value_provenance. EXPLICIT = a source disclosed the amount (contracts, purchase commitments, deals, investments; carries source and event_date). DERIVED = CSIMarket-computed buyer exposure = customer-concentration percent x reported revenue (carries concentration_pct, revenue_basis, fiscal_year, calculation) and is NEVER presented as disclosed. Returns counts_by_provenance and the typed values[] series; ?value_provenance filters.
Company Competitors Competitors - materiality-ranked. All provenances are returned by default, each edge naming its own; ?tier=reported narrows to the companies' own announcements. Disclosed competitive set, for peer group and market-share work.
Company Customers Company customers (reverse-view aware: the company's own disclosures plus inverse views of counterparties that named this company as a customer). Per-row disclosure provenance: reported_by_viewed_company, disclosed_by, corroborated.
Company Suppliers Company suppliers (reverse-view aware: direct disclosures + inverse views). Each supplier carries a roles array - foundry, packaging_testing, contract_manufacturer, equipment, raw_material, logistics, energy, technology_software, infrastructure, outsourced_service, component - with confidence, evidence and method. ?role= filters to one function; response includes role_facets.
Company Partners Partners & alliances
Company Investments Investments & M&A stakes
Company Joint Ventures Joint ventures
Company Licensing Licensing relationships
Company Distribution Distribution relationships
Company Relationships History Batch relationship history - every edge's observed timeline in one call Supply-chain history: how supplier and customer relationships changed over time.
Relationship by ID Single relationship edge by stable rel_uid One supplier, customer, partner or competitor relationship by stable id.
Relationship History Observed timeline - years present, evidence-by-year, status Timeline for a single supplier or customer relationship.
Relationships: Compare Compare 2-5 companies - shared / unique suppliers, customers, competitors - one call Compare supply chains: shared suppliers and customers across 2-5 companies.
Company Segments Business segment revenue & operating income; reportable vs disaggregation, % of consolidated revenue, reconciliation flag, point-in-time.
Company Geographic Exposure Geographic revenue exposure; by_region and by_country as independent partitions (never summed across).
Company Exposure Business segments and geographic exposure in a single call.
Segment Detail A single segment or geography member by its stable member_uid.
Company Segments: History Segment revenue and operating income time series; quarterly or annual.
Company Geographic Exposure: History Geographic revenue exposure over time; quarterly or annual.
Segment Detail: History One segment member's time series by stable member_uid.
Supply-Chain Geography Counterparty geography from the relationship graph: WHERE a company's suppliers/customers are located (by_country / by_region + coverage). Relationship COUNTS by geography, not economic exposure; NOT the company's own revenue geography (see Company Geographic Exposure). Reverse-view aware. Procurement geography: where a company's suppliers and customers are located.
Customer Concentration Customer and corporate-client revenue-concentration analytics (DERIVED): how dependent revenue is on a company's largest buyers. Top-1/3/5/10 cumulative percent, hhi_named_customers computed over the NAMED share ONLY, and per-client exposure (concentration_pct, derived_revenue_exposure_usd, evidence). HARD RULE: unknown customers are UNKNOWN, not zero - coverage (attributed_revenue_pct, unknown_revenue_pct, coverage_status) is first-class, so HHI is never read as the full customer base.
Supplier Dependency Supplier and vendor DEPENDENCY dataset (evidence-first, NOT a score) for procurement and sourcing risk. Concentration is not dependency: 20 suppliers is not diversified if one is a sole-source foundry. Per disclosed supplier: role and criticality, persistence (absence is not termination), geography (unknown RETAINED, never assumed domestic), public/private, sole_source_flag and single_source_flag (EXPLICIT disclosure only, never inferred), economic exposure (explicit vs derived) and events.
Relationship Risk (Integrated) Integrated relationship-risk DATASET (explainable, NOT a score) over customer and client concentration, supplier and vendor dependency, roles and criticality, geography, economic exposure, events and evidence. Decomposable factor sections plus risk_drivers[] (OBSERVED signals) and risk_unknowns[] (DATA LIMITATIONS). Emits no single risk number, never sums explicit with derived value, and never treats unattributed revenue, unknown geography or an absent sole-source flag as zero.
Company Semantic Search Resolve a company by name - typos, partial names, spacing/punctuation variants - to its ticker and CIK via semantic (vector) name search over company + subsidiary names. Returns ranked matches (score per hit), one row per CIK, entitlement-filtered. Use before the company data endpoints when you only have a name.
Company Business Discovery Find companies by BUSINESS or concept (e.g. electric vehicle makers, offshore oil and gas drilling, online payment processing). Semantic (vector) search over company business descriptions; returns a ranked SET of companies operating in the space with ticker/CIK/score. Complements /companies/search (name lookup). Surfaces companies whose primary business matches - not necessarily the market leader.
Point-in-Time Fundamentals As-of/original/latest fundamentals with knowledge-time and duration. Values are RAW currency units.
Company Insider Transactions Recent insider transactions (officer, director and 10%-owner buys, sells, awards and dispositions) for one company.
Company Insider Summary Net open-market insider buying vs selling, unique insiders and sentiment over a lookback window.
Insider Transactions by Person Transactions of a single reporting owner across all companies, by insider id.
Company Similar Same-industry companies ranked by business-description similarity
Company Research Dossier Composed research dossier: 13 sections (profile, statements, ratios vs industry, market context, quant factors, relationship risk, peers, industry, supply chain, ownership changes), each section gated by its own scope
Graph: Relationship Neighborhood N-hop relationship neighborhood over the disclosed graph (both-views union per hop), with resolution status, disclosure provenance and coverage accounting. All 12 relationship dimensions are traversable via ?types=, and ?tier returns every provenance by default. Multi-hop supply chain: suppliers of suppliers, customers of customers.
Graph: Relationship Paths Evidence-ranked relationship paths between two companies (weakest-link confidence rule, documented in meta). All 12 dimensions traversable; ?tier returns every provenance by default and narrows to reported, news, established_relationships or general_knowledge. Supply-chain connection paths between two companies.
Graph: Indirect Exposure Indirect supplier/customer exposure set N hops out, with industry rollup over resolved nodes; weighted propagation typed not_available (data-blocked). All 12 dimensions traversable; ?tier returns every provenance by default. Indirect supply-chain exposure N hops out (tier-2 and tier-3 suppliers and customers).
Earnings-Announcement Calendar Per-company calendar of formal statement filings paired with the date results were separately announced (8-K/6-K), when detected. gap_days = report_filed minus announced_at.
Market Share vs Competitors Whole-company revenue market share vs named competitors, across the full peer set / same industry / same sector, for TTM, most recent quarter and prior quarter. peer_source=graph (filing-grounded, default) or legacy (odnosi_novi, disclosed stale since 2025-05).
Market Share History (Annual TTM) Historic TTM market share, one point per fiscal year (each company own fiscal year-end), going back multiple years - unlike the current-snapshot market-share endpoint. peer_source=graph (filing-grounded, default) or legacy. Peer set reflects TODAY relationships applied retrospectively.
Company Overview Report AI-ready composite company overview in one call: identity and classification, live market and quant snapshot, and TTM headline fundamentals. Each section is gated by its own scope and carries a typed status, so a section your plan does not license is labelled rather than silently dropped, and a figure with a known data-quality issue is flagged instead of presented as clean. Section coverage expands as later phases ship.
Upcoming Earnings Calendar When a company has said it will release its next results, read from its own advance 8-K announcement. Current best guess per period plus next_earnings_date; as_of returns what was known on a past date. Each row carries status, confidence and the source 8-K.
