Stephen F. Angel to Retire from PPG Board of Directors

Stephen F. Angel, aged 68, has announced his decision to retire from the board of directors at PPG. This retirement will be effective after the conclusion of the board’s meeting on February 15, 2024. Angel has served on PPG’s board for over 13 years, holding important positions such as chairing the Human Capital Management and Compensation Committee and the Sustainability and Innovation Committee. He has also contributed as a member of the Nominating Committee.
