SELLAS Life Sciences Presents SLS009 Phase 1 Data for Acute Myeloid Leukemia at ESH Conference
SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc. The presentation will focus on the acute myeloid leukemia cohort of patients and will now take place on Friday, March 1, 2024, at 12:55 pm CEST in Stockholm, Sweden.
SELLAS has previously announced that SLS009 received FDA Fast Track Designation for the treatment of relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia. The Phase 2a study of SLS009 in relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia patients has completed enrollment in the 45 mg safety cohort. The median overall survival (OS) has not yet been determined, and an impressive 89% of patients in this cohort are still alive. Furthermore, an 87.5% response rate was observed, indicating a significant antileukemic effect in the majority of evaluable patients.
