Despite the overall market downturn, the Consumer Discretionary sector managed to hold intermittently steady, recording a modest growth of 0.95% for the month.However, specific stocks that proved significantly volatile for investors include Bath and Body Works Inc (BBWI), witnessing a sharp decline of -13.88%, and Freeport McMoran Inc (FCX) which dropped by -6.24%.
