Hyliion and Victory to Deploy KARNO Generators to H2 Energy Group’s Hydrogen Production Facilities
AUSTIN, Texas - Hyliion Holdings Corp. (NYSE: HYLN) and Victory Clean Energy Inc. (OTC: VYEY) have announced a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to deploy up to 10 KARNO generators in the hydrogen production facilities operated by H2 Energy Group (H2E), a subsidiary of Victory. Previously, on November 2, 2023, Hyliion received a notice from the NYSE stating that its average per share closing price over a 30 consecutive trading-day period ended November 1, 2023, was below $1.00, resulting in non-compliance with Section 802.01C of the NYSE’s listing standards.
