Tokyo-based enterprise software and consulting services company, HeartCore Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: HTCR), has announced the signing of its 14th Go IPO consulting service contract. The latest deal has been inked with Koei Shoji Co. Ltd. marking its consistent track record in obtaining new contracts in this year alone.
Earlier this year, on February 29, 2024, HeartCore scored its 12th Go IPO consulting service agreement with Jyo Co. Ltd. which is also based in Japan. On January 16, 2024, HeartCore signed a notable agreement with Toshiba Elevator and Building Systems Corporation to implement its innovative Contents Management System (CMS) platform. This CMS will be integrated into the membership website of Toshiba Elevator, further enhancing its digital capabilities.
