EngageSmart, a NYSE-listed software solutions provider, recently has made significant advancements through its two solutions, DonorDrive and InvoiceCloud. The innovations primarily aim at improving the digital payment landscape while maximizing customer interaction.
In a recent collaboration with Chariot, DonorDrive aims at simplifying the online donor advised fund (DAF) payments. Chariot is the creator of DAFpay, the payment solution designed exclusively for DAF payments, which DonorDrive clients will soon be able to adopt for their online operations using existing donation forms. With this integration, it is expected that there will be an increase in individual giving. The feature will be available on the DonorDrive platform at the end of January 2024.
On the other hand, InvoiceCloud, another EngageSmart solution, partnered with Harris to spur AutoPay enrollment. Harris, an enterprise software provider and acquirer, along with InvoiceCloud, recorded an impressive 147% rise in AutoPay enrollment within the first year following the implementation of their integrated solution for 400 joint customers. This partnership offered combined Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment (EBPP) services.
Moreover, EngageSmart announced the expiration of the 30-day go-shop period, following the terms of the previously declared definitive merger agreement. The expiration crackdown is relative to the company’s merger with an affiliate of Vista Equity Partners, a leading global investment firm dedicated to enterprise software, data, and technology.
These advancements mark a significant milestone for EngageSmart in leveraging digital spaces to maximize customer engagement. Their efforts towards a seamless and integrated payment solution underscore their commitment to the modern digital fundraising and payment ecosystem.
