Indian farmers often struggle with barriers such as long-distance electrical cables or costly and environmentally detrimental diesel generators. By employing Navitas’ GaN technology, Virtual Forest’s solar-powered irrigation pumps can function efficiently and sustainably, addressing these common challenges and enabling farmers to maintain a reliable food supply.
But Navitas’ GaN technology breakthroughs are not entirely confined to the agricultural sphere. The technologies are on a track to revolutionize power delivery in AI data centers as well. These centers are facing a pressing need for a threefold boost in power, thereby presenting a significant challenge to the industry. Navitas’ GaN and Silicon Carbide (SiC) technologies are positioned to help solve this predicament by enabling next-gen AI power delivery.
Further underlining its role as a technological trendsetter, Navitas powers Samsung Galaxy S24, one of the leading brands in consumer electronics with Integrated AI. The company deploys its next-gen gallium nitride (GaNFast) technology in the Galaxy S24, enabling Super-Fast Charging (SFC). The feature not only addresses the consumer demand for quick charging time but also shows how GaN technology is becoming an integral part for real-world solutions.
In sum, Navitas’ ventures with Virtual Forest and Samsung prove its commitment to developing advanced GaN technology. Whether applied in Indian farms or powering AI data centers and smartphones, its technology is empowering societies and businesses with solutions designed for power efficiency and sustainability.
