Ambulnz by DocGo Launches Emergency Medical Services in Dover, Delaware
NEW YORK - DocGo Inc. (Nasdaq: DCGO), a prominent provider of technology-driven mobile health services, has announced that its subsidiary, Ambulnz, has commenced emergency medical and 911 services in Dover, Delaware. Beginning on July 1, 2024, Ambulnz has been operating basic life support (BLS) ambulances around the clock, seven days a week, from three stations located in the Dover Fire District. This vital service is being facilitated by a local management team and over 50 EMS professionals.
Additionally, DocGo has recently secured five new contracts, further expanding its presence in the United States healthcare market. These contracts include remote patient monitoring (RPM), virtual care management (VCM), chronic care management (CCM), cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED), and a care gap closure program for a national health plan. These contracts highlight DocGo’s increasing reach and ability to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions.
In efforts to enhance its services, DocGo has established a Medical Advisory Board (MAB). The MAB comprises experts in the medical field who will offer guidance and expertise to the company’s executive team. By doing so, the MAB aims to support DocGo in delivering top-tier virtual, in-person, and mobile healthcare services across the United States and the United Kingdom.
