Groundbreaking Alzheimer’s Disease Study Results to be Presented at CTAD24
Coya Therapeutics has revealed that the results from a rigorous double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 2 clinical trial of interleukin-2 (IL-2) in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s Disease will be showcased on October 29, 2024, at the Clinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease Conference (CTAD24) in Madrid. This significant study, conducted in collaboration with Houston Methodist Research Institute and supported by the Gates Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Association, targets harnessing IL-2 to enhance Treg function, which may offer new therapeutic pathways for Alzheimer’s Disease.
