Brunswick Corporation Recognized as One of America’s Best Midsize Companies by TIME, Ranking No.1 in Category and in Top 10 Percent Overall
METTAWA, Ill. July 24, 2024 - Brunswick Corporation, the world’s leading marine technology company, has recently achieved significant recognition by being featured on TIME’s inaugural list of America’s Best Midsize Companies for 2024. Out of the 500 companies acknowledged, Brunswick claimed the top spot within the Engineering and Manufacturing category and secured an impressive 27th position overall. This prestigious award represents the exceptional performance exhibited by Brunswick in three key focus areas: employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency.
Furthermore, this recognition from TIME comes in addition to the recent accolade of being named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Mental Wellbeing in 2024 by week Magazine. Brunswick Corporation, already established as the world’s largest recreational marine technology company, has demonstrated its commitment to prioritizing employee mental health by implementing various initiatives and updating workplace policies accordingly.
The company’s dedication to innovation and sustainability is further highlighted by the introduction of the Avator 75e and 110e electric outboards, which were officially launched by Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corporation. Following successful previews at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas and the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show earlier this year, these new additions expand Mercury Marine’s award-winning electric propulsion series, aimed at powering bigger and more sustainable adventures on the water. The Avator 75e and 110e join the existing Avator 7.5e, 20e, and 35e outboards in Mercurys all-electric propulsion lineup.
In conclusion, Brunswick Corporation’s exemplary performance in various domains has earned them well-deserved recognition and accolades. From being honored as one of America’s Best Midsize Companies by TIME, ranking top within the Engineering and Manufacturing category, to being recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Mental Wellbeing by week Magazine, Brunswick Corporation continues to solidify its status as an industry leader. The launch of the Avator 75e and 110e electric outboards further reinforces the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
