BlackRock Canada Announces Cash Distributions for iShares ETFs and Partial Waiver of Annual Management Fee
TORONTO, Nov.15, 2023 – BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited (BlackRock Canada), a subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc.(NYSE: BLK), released its November 2023 cash distributions for the iShares ETFs listed on the TSX or Cboe Canada, which pay on a monthly basis.Additionally, BlackRock Canada announced a partial waiver of the annual management fee payable by iShares MSCI Min Vol Emerging Markets Index ETF.
The distributions will be paid to unitholders of record, except for iShares Canadian Real Return Bond Index ETF (XRB), on November 22, 2023.The cash distribution for each fund will be made on November 30, 2023.Unitholders of record for XRB on December 4, 2023, will receive their cash distributions on December 7, 2023.
