Substantially all of our oil, gas and NGLs are sold at market-based prices
to a variety of purchasers, primarily under short-term contracts (less than
12 months). We also have long-term contracts in the Uinta Basin at market-based
prices. For a list of purchasers of our production that accounted for 10% or
more of our total revenues for the three preceding calendar years. We believe
that the loss of any of these purchasers would not have a material adverse effect
on us because alternative purchasers are readily available with the exception
of purchasers of our Uinta Basin oil production.
