not have contracts with most of our suppliers. We generally make our purchases
through purchase orders. Therefore, most of our suppliers have the ability to
terminate their relationships with us at any time. Although we believe there are
numerous manufacturers with the capacity to supply the products we distribute,
the loss of one or more of our major suppliers could have an adverse effect on
our product offerings and our business. Such a loss would require us to rely more
heavily on our other existing suppliers or develop relationships with new suppliers,
which may cause us to pay higher prices for products due to, among other things,
a loss of volume discount benefits currently obtained from our major suppliers.
