The Company’s businesses are dependent on their relationships with key vendors, agents and customers, and derive a significant portion of their revenues from the Company’s largest customers. The Company could be adversely affected by any changes in the services provided, or changes to the costs of services provided by key vendors and agents. Relationships with railroads and shipping companies and agents are important in the Company’s intermodal business. The Company’s business also relies on its relationships with the military, freight forwarders, large retailers and consumer goods and automobile manufacturers, as well as other larger customers. The Company’s Ocean Transportation segment’s ten largest customers accounted for approximately 25 percent of the business’ revenue. The Company’s Logistics segment’s ten largest customers accounted for approximately 26 percent of the business’ revenue. The loss of or damage to any of these key relationships may adversely affect the Company’s business and revenue.
