Between 2023 and 2025, the Company completed several acquisitions and closures of paperboard manufacturing and packaging facilities, including acquiring Tama Paperboard, LLC from Greif Packaging LLC and Bell Incorporated, and selling its Augusta, Georgia facility to Clearwater Paper Corporation.
