Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. Is a Delaware corporation that was organized in 1979 as the holding company parent of Anheuser-Busch, Incorporated ("ABI"), a Missouri corporation whose origins date back to 1875. In addition to ABI, which is the world's largest brewer of beer, the Company is also the parent corporation to a number of subsidiaries that conduct various other business operations. The Company's operations are comprised of the following principal business segments: domestic beer, international beer, packaging, entertainment, and other.
