Bollinger Innovations Inc's Comment on Supply Chain
Bollinger Motors has a manufacturing partnership with Roush Industries, utilizing Roush's Livonia, Michigan facility for assembly, warehouse, and office space dedicated to Bollinger Motors. Under the contract, Bollinger owns the production line. Mullen has established distribution partnerships with several dealer groups for its commercial electric vehicle lineup, including Randy Marion Isuzu LLC, Pritchard Group, The Papé Group, Eco Auto, Ziegler Truck Group, Range Truck Group, and National Auto Fleet Group. Additionally, Mullen signed a three-year purchase agreement with Volt Mobility, assigned to Lessor Car Rental LLC, for commercial EV purchases in the United Arab Emirates. Volt Mobility agreed to provide chargers through VoltiE Group; however, Volt Mobility has not made the deposit or placed initial orders, and Mullen is exploring alternative distributors.
