He was CFO of Motorsport Games, Inc. from January 2020 to September 2022, Blink Charging Co from July 2018 to January 2020, and Net Element, Inc. from 2008 to July 2018. He is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Calin Popa, age 62, has been President of the Automotive Electric Vehicles Division since 2017. He has 34 years of automotive industry experience and was Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering at Karma Automotive, LLC from 2010 to 2017. He has also held senior positions at MAN, Ford, and Chrysler. Chester A. Bragado, age 46, has served as Chief Accounting Officer since March 2023, with over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and organizational leadership. John Taylor, age 64, is President and Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing. Mary Winter, age 33, serves as Secretary and Director Class I. Ignacio Novoa, age 41, is Director Class I. Kent Puckett, age 61, and Mark Betor, age 69, are Directors Class II. William Miltner, age 63, and John Anderson, age 70, are Directors Class III.
