Honeywell International Inc's Comment on Supply Chain

The company utilizes a majority of principal raw materials that remain available despite changing supply conditions influenced by trade policies and geopolitical factors. It employs mitigation strategies including supply chain simplification, alignment with local supply sources, digital tools for managing shortages, pricing adjustments, dual sourcing, long-term planning, supply tracking, direct engagement with key suppliers, and new supplier development. The company collaborates with suppliers facing manufacturing challenges to address constraints and diversify sourcing networks to ensure reliable procurement of key components and raw materials. When key materials are constrained, it works with engineering and design teams to identify commercially available alternatives without compromising quality. The company manages fluctuations in key raw material prices, including base metals, through supply agreements, price adjustments, and hedging. It actively monitors trade policies and adjusts sourcing strategies accordingly, and does not anticipate material adverse impacts from raw material shortages in 2026.
