The company provides very low profile (VLP) DIMMs designed to optimize motherboard space and thermal performance for developers of server blades, storage bridge bay applications, telecommunications servers, switches, and routers. It also offers 2-inch high-profile DIMM designs for applications requiring expanded memory capacity and high bandwidth. Its memory subsystems feature thermal management designs that utilize thermal simulation and proprietary heat spreaders. The company is investing in Compute Express Link (CXL) technology to improve server capacity and bandwidth for high-performance data center computing and artificial intelligence. Additionally, it resells component products sourced from suppliers including SK hynix, Inc., and sells excess component inventory to distributors and other users of memory integrated circuits. A small portion of sales derives from OEM sales of specialty memory modules and flash-based products primarily used in data center and industrial applications, with close collaboration during new product development stages with OEM customers.
