The company’s principal customers include the U.S. military, foreign allied militaries, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, The Boeing Company, Airbus, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Rolls-Royce, Raytheon, and Bell Helicopter. The SH-2G aircraft is operated by the Egyptian Air Force and the navies of New Zealand, Peru, and Poland. The company has operations in the United States, Germany, and the Czech Republic, and holds a joint venture investment in India. In 2023, The Boeing Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation each accounted for more than 10% of consolidated net sales. The Engineered Products segment serves aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical markets, providing aircraft bearings and components, seals, springs, contacts, wheels, brakes, and hydraulic components. The Precision Products segment serves aerospace and defense markets with missile and bomb system solutions, helicopter subcontract work, support for the SH-2G Super Seasprite and K-MAX manned helicopters, and development of the KARGO UAV. The Structures segment serves aerospace, defense, and medical markets with complex metallic and composite aerostructures and medical imaging solutions.
