Our customers vary greatly in size ranging from small and medium businesses to large multinational enterprises with hundreds of thousands of employees and hundreds of terabytes of data. Services

Maintenance and Support

Our customers typically purchase one year of software maintenance and support as part of their initial purchase of our products, with an option to renew. These maintenance agreements provide customers the right to receive support and unspecified upgrades and enhancements when and if they become available during the maintenance period and access to our technical support services.

We maintain a customer support organization that provides all levels of support to our customers. Our customer support organization has global capabilities with expertise in both our software and complex IT environments and associated third-party infrastructure.
