The Company’s principal customers are located in or operate within Germany and Europe. To serve major European customers preferring deliveries from within Europe, the Company acquired a 51% interest in Regent-Feinbau, enabling direct service from Germany. The Company manufactures and assembles complex products that require metal, plastics, and electronics capabilities, offering customized solutions. It shifted labor-intensive manufacturing from China to Myanmar but reduced manufacturing activity in Myanmar in fiscal 2026 due to decreased orders from two major customers. Additionally, the Company established SilverAge to explore opportunities in providing products and services to elderly people in China; however, this initiative remained exploratory and did not generate material revenues in fiscal 2026.
