The company operates through approximately 100 subsidiaries specializing in electrical and mechanical construction services, as well as facility operation, maintenance, and management. These subsidiaries are organized into four segments: United States electrical construction and facilities services, United States mechanical construction and facilities services, United States building services, and United States industrial services. Its customer base includes corporations, municipalities, federal and state government entities, owners and developers, building tenants, general contractors, systems suppliers, construction managers, property managers, and other subcontractors. Industrial services are primarily provided directly to refineries and petrochemical plants. In 2025, approximately 97% of revenues were generated in the United States and 3% in the United Kingdom. Revenue distribution for 2025 was about 72% from construction operations, 21% from building services, and 7% from industrial services. The company emphasizes sustainable energy solutions, energy efficiency, waste and emissions reduction, and enhancing safety and comfort in customer facilities.
