To mitigate currency risks, the Company negotiates commitments in U.S. dollars. It also faces potential delivery delays due to shipping and docking issues. On May 22, 2025, the Company sold the smoke and carbon monoxide portion of its business to Feit. The Company continues to import and market other product lines and is exploring new business opportunities.
