The company serves several hundred thousand original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and distribution customer locations. Parker has two reportable segments: Diversified Industrial and Aerospace Systems. The Diversified Industrial segment, which accounted for 67% of net sales in fiscal year 2026, sells highly engineered products to OEMs and distributors serving aftermarket replacement markets in aerospace and defense, off-highway, in-plant and industrial equipment, energy, transportation, and HVAC and refrigeration. The Aerospace Systems segment, accounting for 33% of net sales, sells airframe and engine components and systems to OEMs, as well as aftermarket parts and maintenance services directly to end users primarily in commercial aerospace.
