The Memorialization segment serves funeral homes and related businesses by manufacturing and distributing cremation-related products, caskets (metal, wood, and cremation), embalming chemicals, supplies, instruments, urns, jewelry, interior panels, and stationery. This segment also offers product and service assortment planning, merchandising, display products, and technology solutions, including software as a service, to assist funeral homes in managing their operations and serving families. Customers have the option to purchase memorials and vases on a pre-need basis, enabling advance arrangements and storage of personalized memorials. The segment targets specific market groups such as cremation consumers, environmentally concerned consumers, value buyers, and individuals with particular religious or ethnic preferences.
