The company's principal customers include domestic and foreign passenger airlines, cargo airlines, regional and commuter airlines, business and general aviation operators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), aircraft leasing companies, aftermarket aviation support companies, the Department of the Army (DoW) and its contractors, the Department of State (DoS), and foreign military organizations or governments. Sales to government and defense customers, including branches, agencies, and departments of the U.S. government and its contractors, accounted for a significant portion of consolidated sales in fiscal years 2024 through 2026. Most U.S. government sales support DoS flight operations and DoW logistics and mobility strategy. Sales to commercial airline customers are influenced by factors such as aircraft type, utilization, number of operators, economic conditions, and sales of new and used aircraft. The company markets and sells products primarily through its own employees and utilizes foreign sales representatives in certain international markets.
