The Company collaborates with customers from the design stage to develop interconnect, antenna, and sensor products. It is expanding its global manufacturing, engineering, sales, and service operations to serve customers and enter developing markets, utilizing low-cost manufacturing facilities worldwide. The Company focuses on cost control by working with suppliers and vendors to maintain reasonable material and service costs. It also pursues strategic acquisitions to enhance its product lines, technological capabilities, and geographic presence. In 2025, the Company invested approximately $3.8 billion in five acquisitions, including the acquisition of the Outdoor Wireless Networks segment and Distributed Antenna Systems business, collectively known as "Andrew," from Vistance Networks, Inc., formerly CommScope Holding Company, Inc.
