It combines large bank product offerings with local market knowledge and utilizes regional advisory boards to address local banking needs. In the second quarter of 2023, the Company acquired L.J. Hart & Company, a municipal bond underwriter and advisor. Its personal real estate lending operations are concentrated in its principal markets.
