The Company’s manufactured products are produced from raw materials which
are readily available from numerous sources. With the exception of the Company’s

equipment, the Company’s manufacturing equipment is readily available from
various sources. Syrup for frozen beverages is purchased from The Coca-Cola Company,
Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc., the Pepsi Cola Company, and Western Syrup Company. Cups,
straws and lids are readily available from various suppliers. Parts for frozen
beverage dispensing machines are purchased from several sources. Frozen beverage
dispensers are purchased primarily from IMI Cornelius, Inc. and Lancer FBD.
