The Asset-Light segment includes MoLo Solutions, LLC, Panther Premium Logistics®, and certain other subsidiaries. The Company sold FleetNet America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary and reportable operating segment, on February 28, 2023; its results are excluded from continuing operations and segment reporting.
