About 81% of employees in the Asset-Based segment are covered under the ABF National Master Freight Agreement with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. The Asset-Light segment includes MoLo Solutions, LLC, Panther Premium Logistics®, and certain other subsidiaries. The Company sold FleetNet America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary and reportable operating segment, on February 28, 2023; its results are excluded from continuing operations and segment reporting.
