The Wholesale segment primarily sells to third-party furniture retailers, including independently-owned La-Z-Boy Stores. The company's customers are mainly located in the United States and Canada, with additional customers in the United Kingdom, China, Australia, and New Zealand. Customer deposits are collected at the time of order placement in retail stores or online. Inventory management is designed to support quick delivery of custom furniture. In fiscal 2027, the company disposed of a significant portion of its Casegoods wholesale business and closed its United Kingdom manufacturing operations.
