The Affordable Housing Program (AHP) is funded by each FHLBank allocating 10% of its annual net earnings. The program provides cash grants or interest subsidies to members for housing projects and comprises a Competitive Program and Set-Aside Programs, including Launch - Down Payment Assistance and Revive - Home Repair Grant. In 2025, the AHP awarded $35 million in grants to 44 projects, resulting in 1,618 affordable housing units, and distributed $21 million in grants assisting 1,351 low- or moderate-income homebuyers.
