We purchase over 1,000 different component parts from more than 100 major suppliers
and are not dependent upon any single supplier for key components. We purchase
components for our products primarily from suppliers in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong
and China.
We have taken steps to reduce our exposure to any inability to obtain components
by forecasting with an increased buffer rate and placing orders for components
earlier and allowing for longer delivery lead times. Because of these actions,
we do not expect to experience any difficulty in obtaining needed component parts
for our products.
