The company sources essential equipment and materials globally from various suppliers, utilizing its scale and purchasing power to obtain favorable prices and delivery schedules. It has not encountered significant procurement challenges despite global supply chain disruptions and inflation. The company licenses technologies for producing transportation fuels, petrochemicals, polymers, fertilizers, semi-submersibles, and specialty chemicals, including proprietary ammonia process technologies and Hydro-PRT™ for converting waste plastics into raw materials. It also licenses Sustainable Aviation Fuel technology (PureSAF SM) and technologies for mineral conversion related to electrification. Licensing agreements are governed by written contracts that are typically renewable and mutually beneficial.
