Verso's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers
We participate in the printing papers, specialty papers, and pulp markets and
have developed long-standing relationships with many premier customers in these
areas. Several of these relationships span more than 20 years. Our largest customer,
Veritiv Corporation, accounted for approximately 20% of our net sales in 2015.
Our key customers in the printing papers arena include Condé Nast Publications,
National Geographic Society, Restoration Hardware, Inc., Quad/Graphics, Inc.,
RR Donnelley & Sons Company, and Clifford Paper, Inc. Our key customers in
the specialty papers market include Avery Dennison, Fort Dearborn, and American
Packaging.
