The Bank's lending portfolio includes commercial real estate loans secured by various property types such as commercial buildings, multi-family buildings, agricultural properties, service industry buildings, retail buildings, and general business spaces. It also originates residential real estate loans for its portfolio and for sale in the secondary market to investors including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, servicing substantial loan amounts for these entities. Additionally, the Bank provides construction loans for commercial and residential real estate to builders and individuals, with residential construction loans typically based on "as completed" appraisals and secured by the property.
