In 2025, approximately 87% of home closings were from 30 house plans, with 46% built-to-order, allowing for late-stage personalization. As of December 31, 2025, the company operated 100 active communities, a 28% increase from the prior year, averaging 2.6 monthly sales per community. Its land acquisition strategy maintains a four-year supply of finished lots, employs a comprehensive underwriting process based on economic factors, and utilizes local relationships for early land access. Local division leadership and experienced land managers identify and secure new community opportunities within their markets.
