We primarily serve consumers in retail, wholesale, and foodservice. We are committed to providing high-quality avocados on time and within budget. The fact that we own and cultivate our own avocado orchards also helps to offset any interruptions in our third-party grower supply arrangements. We predict avocado sourcing costs for the season for our own production, allowing us to enter into season-long fixed-price contracts with consumers without incurring pricing risk from spot market purchases. We do not have long-term contracts with our clients and instead focus on developing solid, long-term relationships with them based on product quality and specifications, on-time delivery, and customer support and service.
