We have marketing and agency agreements with Bunge, for the purpose of marketing
and distributing our principal products. We rely on Bunge for the sale and distribution
of the majority of our products. Currently, we do not have the ability to market
our ethanol and distillers grains internally should Bunge be unable or refuse
to market these products at acceptable prices. However, we anticipate that we
would be able to very quickly secure competitive marketers should we need to replace
Bunge for any reason.
