As of December 31, 2025, the Company provided financial advisory services to one customer. For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, four customers accounted for approximately $293,000, representing 93% of accounts receivable and 87.3% of the Company's revenue. The Company's New York location was the only heliport authorized by New York to conduct sightseeing tours in 2024, with no direct competition in that service. However, two other New York heliports offered fuel and corporate charter services, competing directly in those areas. The Company also competes with various professional service firms in providing financial advisory services.
