The company serves customers in the apparel industry through its design-led lifestyle brand, Tommy Bahama, focusing on fashion products aligned with consumer preferences and trends. It directly engaged with over 2.5 million consumers who made transactions in the last year. In Fiscal 2025, 82% of net sales were generated through direct-to-consumer channels, including brand-specific full-price retail stores, e-commerce websites, outlets, and Tommy Bahama food and beverage operations. Sales were distributed as follows: full-price retail stores accounted for $509 million (35%), e-commerce $506 million (34%), food and beverage $121 million (8%), and outlet operations $74 million (5%). The company operates 315 full-price retail stores, approximately half of which are located in warm weather resort or travel-to destinations and states, offering apparel, accessories, and other products in brand-specific environments. This direct-to-consumer approach facilitates customer interaction and supports an omni-channel strategy with high profit margins, particularly in e-commerce. Additionally, the company maintains relationships with key wholesale customers through its retail strategy and brand presentation.
