Mr. Goh Kian Hwa, age 57, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director, overseeing the Group's strategic direction and development. His experience includes roles as secretary and director in various subsidiaries and dormant companies, co-founder and CEO of Orangekloud Pte Ltd since 2015, director of K.H. Goh Holdings Pte Ltd since 2010, and co-founder and managing director of AE Computer Systems from 1993 to 2021. Mr. Toh Puay Yong, age 60, has been Chief Financial Officer since October 1, 2024, responsible for financial reporting, corporate services, and compliance. He has over 30 years of financial experience, served as a consultant to the Company since 2017, and held positions including General Manager at Blum & Co and CFO at Cherie Hearts Group. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore, an MBA from the University of Manchester, and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser. Mr. Chu Eng Mian, age 69, is Chief Operating Officer, responsible for daily business operations. Since November 2018, he has been COO of MSC Consulting and has over 40 years of experience in business IT and business development.
