The company offers various food and beverage concepts in its theatres, drawing on nearly 70 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industries. These concepts include Take Five® Lounge, Take Five Express, The Tavern (full-service bars with cocktails, beers, and wines), Zaffiro's® Express (lobby dining with appetizers, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and thin-crust pizza), Zaffiro's® Pizzeria and Bar (full-service restaurants), Reel Sizzle (1950s-inspired Americana fare), Hollywood Café, and in-theatre dining under the Bistro Plex® and Movie Tavern by Marcus brands. As of December 31, 2025, 62% of company-owned theatres offered bars or full liquor service, 51% featured Zaffiro's® Express, 26% provided in-theatre dining, and 77% offered one or more expanded food and beverage options. All Marcus Theatres locations have traditional in-lobby concession stands, while all Movie Tavern by Marcus locations provide in-theatre dining.
