Manufactured home loans are acquired through a partnership with Triad Financial Services, with loan amounts ranging from $18,000 to $425,000 and terms of 84 to 360 months. These loans are full document and undergo review prior to purchase. The company also purchased unsecured consumer loans through a partnership with Splash Financial until September 2023, with loan amounts ranging from $1,000 to $35,000 and terms of 36 to 60 months. In April 2023, changes were made to the unsecured loan program criteria to reduce losses, including lowering the maximum loan amount and increasing the minimum FICO score. Sellers retain servicing and collection responsibilities for all loans. The company maintains a credit enhancement reserve account to protect against charge-offs and prepayments in the manufactured home loan program.
