Garcia also completed an MBA at Duke University, the ThyssenKrupp Executive Program at Harvard Business School, and the CFO Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. His previous experience includes positions at ThyssenKrupp, ZF Group, and Siemens Group. Luis Carlos Marinho da Silva, age 54, has served as Executive Vice President, Operations since 2023, after holding the position of Operations Vice President from 2020 to 2023. He has extensive experience in lean philosophy implementation in the aeronautical industry and has held various management roles at Embraer and VASP. He holds bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering, a master’s degree in business administration, and completed a course at Stanford University. Roberto de Deus Chaves, age 51, is Executive Vice President, Global Purchasing and Supplies, responsible for long-term strategic relationships with suppliers and partners.
